The ChemFree 4-Step Process: A Greener Way to Reduce Defoaming Costs
The ChemFree 4-step process is a safer, greener way to reduce your foam control management costs. And your production line continues its normal operation throughout the entire process, from initial analysis through installation.
Step 1 – Analysis:
ChemFree experts do an on-site study of the actual foam creation, including a review of your physical infrastructure, operations and procedures, and analysis of the types and quantities of defoamers/antifoams used.
Step 2 – Design:
Using our patented WDT™ technology as the core, ChemFree develops a comprehensive custom foam-suppression system that is designed to meet the specific needs of your process.
Step 3 – Evaluation:
To ensure maximum efficiency for each ChemFree system, a pilot system is installed as an integral part of our evaluation system. There is no additional charge for the pilot system and ChemFree handles all the required hardware and connections.
Step 4 – Installation:
After completion of the trial period, the evaluation system is replaced with a custom – fabricated permanent stainless steel foam-suppression system. The result is an optimized system at significant savings using substantially less chemicals, and in some cases, no chemicals at all.
